Unitive Education launches CHANGE CHEF: Improving Organisational Change Outcomes & Skilling
A new breed of Change Practitioner with Digital Credentials, this New Digital Credentialing initiative with Credly also aims to close the communications gaps between credential earners and employers.
Sydney Australia., 19th January, 2021 – Unitive Education, part of Unitive group, a leading Asia Pacific advisory & change consulting firm, today launched a new digital badging program to coincide with the launch of a flagship ‘Change Chef – Foundation of Change’ course and professional development lab for individuals and teams to learn the full stack of organisational change. Individuals who complete the required courses and successfully complete the required assessments will earn a Unitive Education digital credential.
“By providing a secure, digital representation of Unitive Education certifications, our change analysts, change managers, leaders and professionals can more easily manage, share and make use of their credentials within their networks, across social media platforms and on their resumes,” said Joe Ringer, Managing Director of Unitive Group. “For employers, our new digital badges make it easy to identify individuals with the skills they need to effectively manage and lead organizational change in a new era and to verify that those skills are relevant and up-to-date.”
Unitive Education is working with Credly, the digital credentialing leader, to provide digital badges. Credly collaborates with top global training providers, credential issuers, associations and academic institutions that are similarly focused on the power of verified skills and achievements. Credly transforms knowledge, skills and achievements into digital credentials that empower individuals to connect with learning and career opportunities.
“The workforce has undergone unprecedented change over the past year, and organizations are looking to leaders within their ranks to help guide the way forward,” said Jonathan Finkelstein, CEO of Credly. “Digital credentials like those from Unitive Education can help employers quickly and reliably identify those individuals who have the skills needed to lead and manage positive organizational change, whether or not they currently have formal leadership job titles.”
